About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager specializing in welding consumables to drive market expansion within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key clients and business partners, and conducting regular site visits to promote our products effectively. This role demands frequent travel across the UAE, keen analytical skills, and in-depth technical expertise in welding consumables. We offer an attractive salary package, competitive commissions, fuel and telephone allowances, and additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Business Head to enhance lead generation and prospecting efforts for welding consumables.
- Contribute to sales growth by proposing strategic initiatives and actionable insights to the management team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives, retailers, and channel partners, positioning the company as a trusted technical advisor.
- Provide expert product support and guidance to the sales team, customers, and business partners.
- Conduct product presentations, live demonstrations, and training sessions to educate clients and partners on the benefits and applications of our products.
- Actively participate in industry exhibitions and trade fairs to increase brand visibility and network with potential clients.
- Lead and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive technical knowledge of welding consumables.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a robust client network.
- Must have a valid UAE Driving License
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industries such as Construction, Oil & Gas, Marine, Water & Power, Offshore & Structural, Heavy Machinery, Warehousing, or Automotive etc.
