We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team at Caliberly. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality sales presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the interior or fit-out industry.
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage complex sales situations.
- Valid UAE driving license.
