We are seeking a highly motivated Venue Organizer to join our team at Majida Khanam Consultancy.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for finding and booking suitable venues for events and exhibitions, managing venue budgets and resources, and ensuring smooth event operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of event logistics and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Research and identify potential venues for events and exhibitions.
  2. Book and manage venue contracts, including pricing and logistics.
  3. Coordinate with event organizers and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.

The successful candidate will be able to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate and problem-solve, and possess excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Dubai Driving licence.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
