We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at The Team Builders. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our casual dining restaurant in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests receive an exceptional dining experience, with prompt and attentive service.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that all food supplies and restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all health and safety legislation, fire regulations, and brand standards are met.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner and review customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
  • Training and Development: Assist with training and development of team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a casual dining restaurant.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work on your own and in a team.
  • Initiative: Initiative, attentive, and hands-on leading the team by example.
