We are seeking a highly skilled Site Merchandiser to join our team at CHALHOUB Group. As a Site Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our e-commerce platform by managing and optimizing product categories, collections, and product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Category and Collection Management: Develop and implement strategies to create and manage product categories and collections that meet customer needs and drive sales.
  • Product Recommendation and Personalization: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product recommendation and personalization tools that enhance the customer experience.
  • Product Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of product data across the ERP system, including product SKUs and labels.
  • Brand Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with the Online Brand Strategy team to ensure alignment with brand objectives and assist in operational actions for acquisition, promotion, retention, and communication.
  • Purchasing and Commercial Liaison: Liaise with the purchasing team for new product launches and with the commercial team for new brand listings.
  • Product Launch Management: Manage the launch of new products, including content requests from brands and stock requests from the purchasing team.
  • Promotion Management: Ensure all promotions are active online, including discount promotions, GWP, and PWP by country.

Merchandising on Site

  • Sales and Customer Analytics: Utilize sales and customer analytics to inform product display decisions and maximize sales.
  • Brand Presentation: Guarantee optimum brand presentation in homepages, landing pages, and product descriptions.
  • Product Assortment: Optimize product assortment by best sellers, unsung heroes, and new launches to drive sales.
  • Filters and Navigation: Update filters and main menu navigation to enhance the customer experience.
  • Homepage Content: Update homepage banners and content to guide customers to current promotions, newness, product recommendations, and best sellers.
  • Product Page Optimization: Optimize product pages, including product imagery, monitoring reviews, cross-sells/upsell, and product page 'special offer' banners.
  • Catalog Optimization: Optimize the catalog to increase conversion rates.
