XAD Technologies is seeking a skilled and experienced Rigger cum Driver to join our Mobile Network Project team in the Telecommunications industry. As a Rigger cum Driver, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mobile network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate company vehicles and machinery to transport equipment and materials to work sites, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Rig and de-rig mobile network equipment, including antennas, towers, and cables, adhering to project specifications and safety guidelines.
  • Install and align antennas and other equipment according to project requirements, ensuring optimal network performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance tasks on mobile network infrastructure to prevent equipment malfunctions and connectivity issues.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions or connectivity issues, collaborating with engineers and project managers to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working at heights and in potentially hazardous environments, prioritizing employee safety and well-being.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with experience operating various vehicles and machinery.
  • Proven experience as a Rigger cum Driver in the Telecommunications industry, with in-depth knowledge of mobile network infrastructure and equipment.
  • Proficiency in rigging techniques and safety procedures, with a strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work in different locations and adapt to changing project requirements, with a willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.
