Job Role
  • As an Office Assistant at Zapegg Tax Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting our daily operations and contributing to the smooth functioning of our office.
  • You will perform general administrative tasks, including managing emails, handling correspondence, and maintaining office records.
  • The successful candidate will assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, as well as support the HR and finance teams with data entry and record-keeping.
  • This role involves ensuring the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies and coordinating with vendors as needed.
  • You will also handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, providing general support to employees and visitors as required.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a diploma in administration being a plus.
  • Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • We are looking for someone with good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
