Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team at L'Oréal Middle East. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our stores, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee daily inventory management tasks, including ordering, receiving shipments, and stocking products to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, reflecting our company's commitment to customer satisfaction and creating a positive shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Support in-store operational responsibilities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Merchandising and Inventory: Assist with merchandising and inventory management, ensuring that all brands are represented on the selling floor and that stock levels are appropriate to drive business.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist store management with accurate monthly records regarding damages, inventory adjustments, and responsible for yearly physical inventory procedure.
  • Sales Growth: Assist with developing and executing short and long-term plans to achieve sales goals in support of the store's business strategy and generate repeat business.
  • Point of Sale Procedures: Responsible for all daily POS procedures and monthly reconciliation in accordance with procedures and guidelines.
  • Company Policies: Adhere to L'Oréal Company policies and procedures.
  • Problem-Solving: Be highly resourceful, flexible, and able to solve problems in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Entrepreneurial Skills: Excellent entrepreneurial, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work a flexible schedule, including extended business hours – Saturdays and vacation coverage.
  • Saturday Schedule: Saturday schedule requirements include working a minimum of one per month with a second opening one month each quarter and flexibility for additional openings as business needs dictate.
  • Experience: 1-2+ years of retail experience.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to use computerized point of sale system.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Appearance: Professional and neat appearance for retail environment.
  • Travel: May require local travel for assignment at another Company Store location if needed.
  • Physical Demands: Regular lifting of up to 40 lbs. required, with regular squatting, kneeling, bending, and extended periods on your feet.
