Position Overview

As a Guest Services Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests at Accor. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Efficient Luggage Management: Oversee the prompt handling of all guest luggage upon arrival, during their stay, and at departure, ensuring safety and security at all times.
  • Baggage Claim Assurance: Ensure that every piece of luggage is properly tagged with a baggage claim tag for easy identification.
  • Vehicle Parking Coordination: Manage the parking of guests' and visitors' vehicles in the designated hotel parking area.
  • Guest Relations: Address and resolve guest complaints and requests, collaborating with relevant departments for immediate follow-up.
  • Room Key Control: Handle the issuance of guest room key cards while maintaining effective security measures.
  • Incident Reporting: Report any unusual occurrences or special requests to the Concierge desk for appropriate action.
  • Safety Awareness: Stay informed about hotel accident prevention policies to ensure a safe environment for all.
