- Manage and maintain accurate records of training activities, participant information, and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and distribute a monthly training calendar, ensuring seamless integration with existing schedules.
- Contribute to the onboarding process of new hires, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition.
- Stay informed about hotel safety procedures, emergency protocols, and lifestyle policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Design and implement effective learning strategies to meet the diverse needs of hotel staff.
- Oversee training budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Evaluate the success of development plans and provide coaching to employees to maximize their learning opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: From AED6,000.00 per month
