We are seeking a talented individual to join our HR Management Team as an HR Transformation Lead. In this role, you will work closely with senior HR leaders and cross-functional teams to enable smooth execution of strategic priorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate HR Leadership Team meetings, including setting the agenda, capturing action points, and ensuring follow-ups.
  • Establish efficient governance processes to track HR initiatives, risks, and key deliverables.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-senior level professional with 5-8 years of experience in HR transformation, business operations, or a similar role. You will have exposure to executive-level reporting and board governance in a multinational environment.
