Key Responsibilities
  • Product Proposal and Presentations: Create high-quality product proposal presentations and BOQs in alignment with our sales team's objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate project pipelines and CRM updates.
  • Brand Introductions and Presentations: Proactively work with the A&D community to support growth and optimize business opportunities.
  • Customer Enquiries: Respond to customer-specific enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Quotations and Trade Applications: Process local quotations, deliver accurate quotations, and facilitate trade application processes.
  • Sample Coordination and Distribution: Ensure timely sample updates, alignment with product launches and discontinuations.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate and manage HAY MEA events.
  • Inventory Management: Manage local inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Project Management Skills: Ability to set priorities, refocus, and manage competing deadlines.

Experience
  • Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated experience of a high level of customer service working within the design industry.
  • Project Management Experience: Strong internal project management experience.
  • MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro: Competent user of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, as well as Adobe Acrobat Pro.
