We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile coaching, product management, and capital markets. They will be responsible for helping teams and organizations become more agile and product-aligned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Agile coaching to teams and organizations to improve their agility and product alignment.
  • Work with product teams to develop and implement product management strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to senior stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.
  • Document and share knowledge on Agile methodologies and product management best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong Agile coaching experience, with a focus on product alignment and team development.
  • Proven experience in product management, with a strong understanding of capital markets.
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Strong experience with Atlassian tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
