As part of a dynamic team of professionals, you will engage in the development, promotion, and delivery of essential services tailored to the scheduled maintenance sector.

The Maintenance Engineering Service Team is committed to ambitious growth, aiming to broaden our customer base, strengthen regional operations, and elevate customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for scheduled maintenance engineering support and services, concentrating on Planned Maintenance for clients in the Middle East & Africa, including operators, corporate jet clientele, Lessors, and MROs;
  • Facilitate effective communication regarding Maintenance engineering and retrofits with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Organize Maintenance & Engineering initiatives during customer engagements, corporate forums, and aircraft sales efforts;
  • Convey regional insights to the central team to propose tailored solutions;
  • Actively support clients in optimizing maintenance program planning and execution;
  • Disseminate critical information on Maintenance Engineering & Retrofit, including guidance on aircraft Parking & Storage solutions;
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients;
  • Formulate and execute a regional service strategy to achieve order intake and revenue objectives;
  • Advocate for Maintenance Engineering services while targeting strategic opportunities;
  • Lead awareness sessions for internal stakeholders, including Customer Support Directors and Field Service Representatives;
  • Manage contractual and administrative responsibilities;
  • Contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and engagement.

Frequent business travel to client locations within the region is anticipated for this position.

This role necessitates a strong understanding of compliance risks and a dedication to maintaining integrity for the success and reputation of the organization.
