We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of our Russian-language social media presence. This includes creating and publishing content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Create and curate high-quality content in Russian, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Manage and grow our social media accounts, including monitoring and responding to comments and messages.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance using industry-standard metrics and tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute cross-functional campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management or a related role, preferably in the crypto industry.
  • Native-level fluency in Russian and intermediate-level proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
