Tasks

CAIZis looking for a crypto and techsavvy Social Media Manager to joinour marketing team. In this role you will maintain and strengthenour brand presence as leaders in the crypto space by managing ourexisting social channels. The ideal candidate is fascinated andactively engaged within the crypto sector and has experience withsocial media platforms including Twitter and YouTube. They alsoenjoy identifying and exploring new crypto trends and cultures andare hungry to expand their social media and marketing skills asthey pertain to this exciting new sector. You will report to theDirector ofMarketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Runthe daytoday operations of Caizs social platforms (Twitter LinkedInYouTube Facebook etc.
  • Strong writing skills andthe ability to create engaging and compelling content for socialmedia posts and campaigns
  • Develop and execute acomprehensive social media strategy aligned with the overallmarketing goals and target audiences.
  • Trackperformance metrics measure the success of campaigns and makedatadriven decisions for optimization.
  • Run Liveevents and AMA sessions
  • Manage multiple socialmedia accounts and campaigns simultaneously adhering to timelinesand deadlines.
  • Ideate unique and engagingsocial media ideas and campaigns.
  • Engage inonline conversations with Caizs social community about ourservices
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensurea cohesive brand message across allchannels
  • Continue to grow current socialchannels identify new platform opportunities to continue expansionand identify opportunities and/or potentialissues
  • Strategize and coordinate social mediadistribution of new research reports published on a daily basis andnew productreleases
Requirements

Experience:

  • 5years of professional experience in a Social Media Managerrole
  • Previous experience with growingcommunities. Preferably among crypto exchanges/wallets / Layer 12ecosystems
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the cryptoecosystem subject matter and trending topics
  • 14years of experience in socialmanagement
  • Experience using social mediaplatforms (Twitter YouTube LinkedInetc.
  • Familiarity with social media managementtools like Hootsuite etc
  • Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills with the ability to convey ideaseffectively.
  • A team player but independent andselfmotivated

Level ofstudies: Bachelor or Master Degree in MarketingCommunications or similar

LanguageRequirements: Fluent inEnglish
