  9. Develop a deep understanding of the organization's culture, values, and work environment and infuse it in customized communications.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  11. Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  12. Be agile in managing work and priorities, adapting to changing business needs and priorities.
  13. Work with candidates for key needs across the entire portfolio of work, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

What You'll Need:

  1. Minimum of 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
  2. Bachelor degree from a recognized University or recognized HR qualification or certificate.
  3. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
  6. Experience in using advanced applicant tracking systems.
  7. Accomplished in developing stakeholder and candidate relationships.
  8. Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
