**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Coordinate communication among project stakeholders, including the project management team, contractors, and clients.
- Organize and maintain accurate records of project documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Manage team calendars to ensure alignment of schedules and priorities.
- Arrange logistics for team activities, including travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and documentation as required by the project team.
**Requirements**
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within the oil & gas or construction industry.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
