Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Studio Assistant Trainee Emiratization to join our team at CHALHOUB Group. As a key member of our Studio Production Team, you will provide administrative support, assist with equipment setup, and maintain studio spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Studio Production Team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist the photography team in setting up and organizing equipment, ensuring timely and efficient shoots.
  • Support the stock and styling teams with tasks such as inventory management and styling assistance.
  • Maintain studio spaces, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and ready for use.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as required by the studio teams.
  • Support the uploading of imagery to external platforms in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • An enthusiastic interest and/or background within the industry.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask in a pressured environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise across departments internally and externally.
  • A customer-focused, can-do attitude and the ability to problem-solve.
