Job Overview
We are seeking an Associate-level Full-time Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer to join our team at Gypsemna Company LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and managing electrical and instrumentation work across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring they meet production and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to develop and direct processes for installation, preparation, configuration, and checkout of process instruments.
  • Analyze systems, products, components, and applications to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure system and instrument quality by designing testing methods and system capabilities.
  • Record and analyze electricity and gas consumption data to suggest improvements to the Maintenance Manager.
  • Coordinate with the store department to receive and verify spare parts supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment, machines, utilities, and maintenance and repair works.

Essential Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of electrical & automation controls.
  • Excellent proficiency in electrical diagrams and blueprints.
  • Understanding of engineering standards and procedures.
  • Proven experience in project development and project management.
  • Expertise in PLC software programming and SCADA software developments.
  • Good understanding of process understanding and instrumentation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and attend to breakdowns.
  • Effective coaching and team building skills.
