  • Team Management: Mentor and develop junior engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
  • Business Development: Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and developing strategic relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Experience: 10 years of professional experience in structural engineering, with a strong background in building and infrastructure projects.
  • Skills: Proven expertise in structural engineering software, including CSi ETABS, SAFE, Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis, STAAD, and Prokon. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit software, with the ability to carry out coordination and reviews through Revit.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
