At Intoude Foundation, we are seeking a highly skilled Translation Project Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage translation requests from internal content owners, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of translated content.
  • Prepare and maintain resource and reference materials for translation, guaranteeing clarity and completeness.
  • Act as a liaison between linguists, content owners, and internal reviewers, facilitating communication and resolving questions and clarifications.
  • Develop and maintain a translation project schedule, allocating resources efficiently and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project status and potential delays.
  • Coordinate the submission of translated materials for regulatory review and approval.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate and culturally appropriate translations.
  • Develop and improve linguistic assets such as glossaries and style guides.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to translation processes.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Familiarity with translation industry standards and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing translation projects.
  • Familiarity with translation quality management.
  • Experience in linguistic review processes.
  • Knowledge of translation management systems (TMS).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using JIRA or other project management software.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
