We seek a Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives within the automotive insurance domain. Key Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities leveraging our digital ecosystem to meet clients' needs.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, identify growth areas, and tailor our value proposition to meet market demands.
    • Partnership Management: Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the automotive and insurance industries to expand our market reach and enhance our product offerings.
    • Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer acquisition. Provide insights and support for complex sales negotiations and proposals.
    • Product Development Collaboration: Work with the product development team to relay market feedback and ensure our digital ecosystem continues to meet and exceed market expectations.
    • Brand Ambassador: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars, establishing our brand as a leader in the automotive insurance technology space.
Requirements:
    • Indepth understanding of the automotive industry, particularly in autobody shops, part suppliers, and dealerships.
    • Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities.
    • Strong analytical skills for market research and trend analysis.
    • Capacity to establish and maintain partnerships with key industry stakeholders.
    • Ability to articulate complex software solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
    • Proven ability to think outside the box and propose innovative business development strategies.
    • Strong networking abilities to connect with decision-makers and influencers.
    • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in business development, preferably within the insurance or automotive industry.
    • Demonstrated success in developing strategic partnerships and achieving business growth objectives.
    • Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in the insurance industry.
    • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and navigate complex business environments.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives.
