Job Summary
We are looking for a Hospital Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Staff Management: Manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of quality and safety, implementing measures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on facility operations.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a facilities management or hospital administration role.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in facilities management, hospital administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
