Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Manage inventory levels and track shipments to ensure accurate and efficient delivery.
  • Develop and implement logistics plans to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
  • Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator in the construction/facilities and management industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of AED 2,500.00 per month.
