Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development of Renault Trucks brand truck segmentation and product strategy in markets within the area of responsibility.
  2. Collaborate with importers to drive product development/management towards short and long-term targets and build healthy importer relations.
  3. Secure product intelligence to define market positioning, ensuring optimal short-term and long-term commercial truck sales business results.
  4. Foster alignment between the optimal product offer and supporting tools with market demands, business, and efficiency targets.
  5. Work closely with competence development teams to ensure necessary product training is provided to importers and body builders.
  6. Play an active role in the strategy and business plan process, driving implementation and activities between the market/importer and central functions within Renault Trucks HQ.
Candidate Profile
  • Dream big and share our passion for growth.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle products.
  • Knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry in the Middle East.
  • Minimum five years' experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to interact comfortably at all levels in the organization.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to take responsibility.
  • University Degree (B.Sc. Mechanical or equivalent).
