Requirements
  • Strong experience in Pastry & Bakery, ideally in a 5* hotel.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills with a "hands-on" approach.
  • At least one year in an international five-star hotel/restaurant in a similar position.
  • Sound knowledge of all kinds of cooking techniques and methods.
