We are seeking a highly skilled E-learning Developer to join our Process Excellence team at ST LUKE LEARNING CENTER. As an E-learning Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality eLearning modules that meet the needs of our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop eLearning Content: Create concise, engaging, and informative eLearning modules using authoring tools like Articulate, Captivate, or similar.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work closely with our subject matter experts to ensure that the eLearning content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with our brand and instructional design standards.
  • Incorporate Multimedia Elements: Incorporate multimedia elements such as videos, quizzes, and simulations to enhance learner engagement and interaction.
  • Training Coordination and Administration: Manage training schedules, maintain records, evaluate effectiveness, and handle logistical aspects of training.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within Learning and Development or Human Resources.
  • Skillset: Proven experience in managing administrative tasks, training and event coordination, and ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize.
