Role Description

The foreman is responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring it is completed efficiently and safely.

This includes coordinating tasks, scheduling, inspecting quality, and reporting progress to superiors.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule daily production activities.
  • Inspection and monitoring of workmanship quality.
  • Preparation of production reports.
  • Managing and controlling man-hours.
  • Issuing necessary tools, PPE & consumables.
  • Conducting safety tool meetings.
  • Motivating employees for high-quality production.
  • Confirmation of job completion in SAP.
  • Familiarity with SAP (production planning module).
  • Requisition of raw materials, consumables, and breakdown notifications through SAP.
Candidate Requirements

Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge: 4 Years

Minimum Entry Qualifications: Higher School / Diploma

Fluency: Hindi and English speaking

Technical & Non-Technical: Good understanding of manufacturing processes, ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Other: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, think critically, and make informed decisions.
