About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction floor installation specialist (floor works) to oversee and manage all aspects of floor-related construction activities. The ideal candidate must be a multi-tasking professional with hands-on experience in flooring installation, finishing, and maintenance across different materials such as concrete, tiles, wood, and epoxy coatings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate floor installation, repair, and finishing activities on-site.
  • Plan and allocate work tasks to team members efficiently.
  • Ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Monitor inventory of materials and request supplies as needed.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Train and mentor workers on proper techniques and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any flooring-related issues that arise during projects.
