Job Title: Business Planning Analyst Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Planning Analyst Manager to join our team at Caliberly. As a key member of our BPA department, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of our Business Planning Analyst function by providing comprehensive analysis and accurate sales/profit forecasting. You will also support management in making correct business strategy decisions and lead the Sales Operation Team to ensure timely and accurate administration services with optimized processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic and Managerial Responsibilities:
    • Implement the BPA functional strategy in line with business vision, mission, and corporate objectives.
    • Ensure that the overall business strategy is translated into annual BPA operational business plans and the performance is monitored to ensure business plans are in line with the overall strategy.
    • Policy, Procedures, Processes, and Systems:
      • Implement BPA functional policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls covering all BPA functional areas in line with client policies to ensure fulfillment of all relevant procedural/legislative requirements while delivering quality and cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
      • Compliance:
        • Manage BPA compliance frameworks and programs within the BPA department ensuring alignment with local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
        • Establish reporting mechanisms to proactively monitor and report on risk and compliance issues within the BPA department and collaborate with senior leadership to escalate critical matters for timely resolution while also offering recommendations for mitigation.
    • Core Responsibilities:
      • Analysis:
        • Provide detailed, timely, and accurate data-based information on company sales/profit results and forecasts for supporting company decisions and actions.
        • Gather and consolidate sales/profit results regularly and analyze it from various points (customer/category/model).
        • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
      • Business Planning:
        • Support making accurate sales/profit forecasts based on analysis. Support sales/product teams in taking countermeasures timely.
        • Support making every fiscal/mid-term business plan with coordinating with product/sales teams.
      • Sales Administration and Management:
        • Oversee the sales operation process ensuring timely and accurate update of order-taking status and sales counting.
        • Monitor and analyze sales data identifying trends and opportunities for sales growth.
        • Monitor and analyze customers' PSI and suggest required countermeasures.
        • Provide guidance and mentorship to sales operation teams as team leaders for delivering exceptional service with the most efficiency.
      • Process Optimization:
        • Suggest ideas to streamline the BPA process ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
        • Identify areas for improvement and implement automation solutions to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.
        • Develop and maintain a repository of best practices, templates, and tools to enable consistent and efficient execution of business activities.

        • Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to junior team members assisting in their professional growth and skill development.

      • Communication:
        • Facilitate effective communication within the BPA team and with other departments.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent is required.

Desirable but not essential: Professional certifications related to business process management and automation can be beneficial.

Skills Required:

  • Strong logical and analytical thinking to make analysis and report sales strategies that align with global market trends and company objectives.
  • Proven skills in analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market and to guide product and marketing decisions.
  • Experience in analyzing sales data and generating actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Advanced knowledge of sales analytics and reporting tools to analyze sales data and generate meaningful reports.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate sales strategies and insights to stakeholders.
