  5. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues related to carriers, ports, and customs, providing solutions to customers and stakeholders.
  6. Claim Management: Follow up and submit claim-related documents to the customs team, ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues.
  7. Invoice Management: Ensure that invoices are raised and sent to customers in a timely manner, meeting customer requirements and expectations.
  8. Compliance and Quality: Maintain 100% compliance with regulations and standards, adhering to approved subcontractors and KPIs.
  9. Order Handling and Documentation: Ensure that all order handling and documentation processes are carried out with precision and accuracy.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and forwarding operations, regulations, and documentation.
  2. Education: Preferably a professional degree from a licensed educational institution specializing in logistics and forwarding.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Software applications and/or other market-leading software applications.
