We're looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to join our team and drive the success of our wallet and savings portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share a passion for innovation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with Astra Tech's strategic objectives and market trends.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations.
Product Development & Lifecycle Management
  • Design and deliver end-to-end product development processes that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery and iteration.
User Experience & Customer Insights
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback through various channels, including interviews, surveys, usability studies, and analytics.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable product features and improvements that enhance the user experience.
Financial & Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure all wallet and savings products comply with local and international financial regulations.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adjust product strategies.
Performance Tracking & Data-Driven Decisions
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and drive improvements.
  • Use analytics to inform product decisions and optimize product functionalities for increased customer engagement and profitability.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating product vision, progress, and key updates.
  • Build strong partnerships with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure effective product positioning and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

We're seeking a seasoned product manager with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of product management experience in the Fintech sector, with a proven track record in managing digital wallet and savings products.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital payment systems, wallet functionalities, and savings products.
  • Proficient in leveraging data analytics, market research, and user feedback to drive product decisions.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha) and data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
