About the Role

We are seeking a talented Associate Director of Client Services to join our team at Standard Chartered Life and Careers. As a key member of our Priority Banking team, you will be responsible for leading a team of client services professionals and ensuring seamless delivery of our products and services.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to acquire and retain clients, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the financial services industry.

You will work closely with our product managers, customer service team, and branch managers to ensure effective delivery of our products and services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of client services professionals and developing and executing sales strategies to acquire and retain clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account reviews
  • Providing expert advice on investment products and wealth management solutions
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A university degree in a relevant field such as finance, business, or economics
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
