Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Kitopi. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and support to restaurant staff, including training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all restaurant operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Customer Service: Foster a culture of excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, working closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in the food service industry.
