Job Summary

  4. Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Work with marketing teams to develop advertising, PR, and sales campaign strategies and literature.
  5. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Maintain knowledge of industry trends and standards, as well as competitor activity and strategies.
  6. Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with local sales colleagues, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to develop and present winning solutions to customers.
  7. Negotiate with Key Decision Makers: Negotiate with key decision makers to win orders and exceed sales targets.
  8. Establish Revenue Streams: Establish consistent revenue streams and profitability levels to grow the business and gain market share in target sectors.
Requirements
  1. University Degree: University degree in electrical or mechanical engineering discipline and/or relevant industry certification.
  2. High-Performing Sales Professional: High-performing, results-oriented sales professional with 5 years of experience in the Utilities sector.
  3. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Negotiation Skills: Expert negotiation skills with good knowledge of commercial and legal terms.
  5. Travel Requirements: Ability to travel as necessary.
  6. Creative and Analytical: Creative and analytical with logical decision-making skills.
  7. Language Skills: Good ability to read, write, and speak in English, with Arabic a distinct advantage.
