  • Involved in all stages of the customer's development lifecycle and using various communication channels to connect with customers
  • Building sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educating customers and partners on cloud security technology
  • Providing well-thought-out and reliable direction, both in technical and non-technical terms, to help customers integrate, deploy, and maintain our products
  • Meeting or exceeding customer expectations on response quality, timeliness of responses, and overall customer experience
  • Creating process or troubleshooting documentation in the support knowledge base
Requirements

Skills and Experience You Require

  • 4 years of experience in Presales/System Engineering in System Integration or OEM background
  • 2 years experience in Security Solution System Management, Administration, or Presales
  • Expertise in core Microsoft product stack, including Windows Server, Windows Workstation, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and IIS
  • Experience with VMWare virtual environments, AWS Cloud Services, or Microsoft Azure Platforms is preferred
  • Demonstrate an understanding of risk management, security policies, and controls, user account life-cycle management, and role-based access
  • Excellent relationship management, customer service, and communication skills in a variety of forms
  • Certifications: CISSP, MCSE, CPT, CEH is a plus
