About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our luxury fashion store in the UAE. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving the store's business, building a loyal customer base, and managing a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Define and execute a store action plan to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage the customer database to build strong relationships with customers and create future selling opportunities.
  • Team Management: Lead by example, inspire and develop team members, and ensure a positive work environment based on trust, respect, and fairness.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained in the store, and that e-commerce orders are prepared and processed within set service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Technology and Innovation: Leverage available technology tools to support customer experience in and outside of the store, and ensure the team is well-versed in their use.
  • Store Visual Merchandising: Ensure all operating standards are followed from stock replenishment to organizing displays as per the brand's visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Performance Management: Ensure performance improvement plans are discussed and documented in a transparent manner, and that all processes are compliant with legal, safety, security, retail store operations, and HR guidelines.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of store management experience with luxury fashion brands in the UAE.
  • RTW experience is a plus.
  • Excellent clienteling skills and a customer database.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to inspire and develop team members.
