As a Food and Beverage Server at EATHOS, you will be essential in providing outstanding dining experiences for our esteemed patrons. Your warm demeanor, excellent communication abilities, and comprehensive knowledge of our offerings will ensure a delightful and unforgettable visit for our guests. You will be tasked with delivering efficient and personalized service, taking orders, serving meals and drinks, and guaranteeing guest satisfaction throughout their time with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and guide them to their tables, creating a hospitable environment.
  • Assist in seating arrangements for larger parties and cater to special requests.
  • Introduce the menu to guests, providing thorough descriptions of dishes and suggestions based on their preferences.
  • Accurately take food and drink orders, noting any dietary restrictions or special requests.
  • Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to the restaurant's service standards.
  • Stay attentive to guests' needs, frequently checking tables to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas throughout service.
  • Present the bill to guests and manage payment transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Address guest inquiries regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order preparation and service.
  • Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our menu, including food and beverage selections.
  • Aim to provide prompt and efficient service, ensuring that guests' orders are delivered without delay.
  • Implement the restaurant's sequence of service to guarantee a smooth and consistent dining experience.
  • Proactively promote menu items, specials, and unique offerings to enhance guest enjoyment.
  • Encourage guests to try additional items such as appetizers, desserts, or premium beverages.


Qualifications:
  • Customer Service Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication abilities to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Menu Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the restaurant's menu and offerings.
