Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Manager to join our team at Talent Pal. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and branding strategies to promote our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies that align with our company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Build initiatives that align with our company's overall business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct research to gain insights into consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Provide creative direction to agencies to ensure that all creative assets align with our brand tone, voice, and visual identity.
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns to ensure they are implemented on time, within budget, and with a high level of quality.
  • Manage the campaign budget to ensure resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Develop promotional campaigns that align with our brand's overall strategy and objectives.
  • Collaborate with our digital teams to create compelling promotional materials.
  • Develop concepts and ideas that communicate our brand's unique selling proposition and resonate with our target audience.
  • Develop a clear and concise brief that outlines the key objectives, target audience, messaging, creative direction, and channels for the campaign.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with our brand tone, voice, and visual identity.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Manage media and advertising relations to negotiate advertising spaces.
  • Align, develop, and implement digital brand-building and innovation strategies.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure spending aligns with overall business objectives and provides a positive return on investment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and analysis to gain insights into consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Ability to develop and manage brand strategies, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing integrated marketing communications plans across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Ability to provide creative direction and develop compelling creative assets.
  • Project management skills to ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and with high quality.
  • Ability to manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or a relevant field.
  • 7 years of experience in a similar role.
