About the Role

This role will play a vital part in supporting the smooth operation of our sales department by handling key administrative tasks, coordinating between teams, and maintaining accurate records of transactions and client communications. You will work closely with the sales and management teams to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all aspects of sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Documentation & Coordination: Prepare and process sales agreements, reservation forms, and client records while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  2. CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update client information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of all transactions, payments, and communications.
  3. Liaison Between Teams: Act as the bridge between the sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of transactions.
  4. Client Support: Assist clients with inquiries regarding payments, contracts, and project updates, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  5. Reporting & Analysis: Generate sales reports, track key performance metrics, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  6. Compliance & Documentation Control: Ensure all sales-related documents comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
