Job Description

As a Client Service Executive, you will be responsible for contributing to client service operations and projects. You will work closely with the Client Services Project Manager to implement CS strategies and policies in our boutiques, briefing boutique teams on CS updates, managing tools, and coordinating with call center and technical partners.

You will also support the implementation of new CS procedures in the boutiques and maintain/improve existing service offers.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and confidence. You should be able to create spreadsheets in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint, and having SAP experience will be preferred. Additionally, knowledge about watchmaking and jewelry techniques, as well as a drive for continuous learning, will be advantageous.
