As a Senior Wealth Management Advisor, the selected candidate will be instrumental in providing sophisticated financial solutions to valued clients. This role involves offering expert counsel and tailored advice to affluent individuals, families, and institutions, ensuring their financial aspirations are achieved with accuracy and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain robust relationships with clients by comprehending their distinct financial objectives, preferences, and risk tolerance. Act as their trusted advisor, delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions tailored to their individual requirements.

Financial Planning and Advisory: Execute thorough financial assessments and devise personalized wealth management strategies that include investment planning, retirement planning, estate planning, tax optimization, and risk management. Regularly review and refine strategies to align with changing client goals and market conditions.

Portfolio Management: Supervise the construction, monitoring, and rebalancing of client investment portfolios, utilizing a diverse array of asset classes, investment vehicles, and alternative strategies. Implement disciplined investment approaches aimed at achieving optimal risk-adjusted returns while safeguarding capital.

New Business Development: Actively seek and pursue opportunities to broaden the firm's client base and assets under management (AUM). Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing initiatives and engage in networking events to attract potential clients and strengthen existing relationships.

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations, standards, and internal policies governing wealth management practices. Maintain the highest ethical standards and act in the best interests of clients at all times.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, CFA, CFP) are required.

Relevant industry certifications/licenses (e.g., Series 7, Series 66, CFP) are preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory roles, preferably serving high-net-worth clients.

Proven ability to manage client relationships successfully and deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.

Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively and build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Sound judgment, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
