We are seeking an experienced Private Wealth Manager to join our team at Independent Resourcing Consultancy Ltd. As a Private Wealth Manager, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions to high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique financial goals, preferences, and risk tolerance levels.
- Financial Planning and Advisory: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and develop customized wealth management strategies encompassing investment planning, retirement planning, estate planning, tax optimization, and risk management.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the construction, monitoring, and rebalancing of client investment portfolios, leveraging a diverse range of asset classes, investment vehicles, and alternative strategies.
- New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand the firm's client base and assets under management (AUM).
- Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, compliance standards, and internal policies governing wealth management activities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, CFA, CFP) Required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory roles, preferably serving high-net-worth clients.
- Qualifications: Relevant industry certifications/licenses (e.g., Series 7, Series 66, CFP) preferred.
