Developing and enhancing relationships with high-net-worth clients through effective engagement strategies. Focus on understanding and fulfilling the financial and investment requirements of Priority Banking customers. Act as the primary representative of the bank for affluent clients, driving new business initiatives to meet specific targets related to client acquisition, asset volumes, and revenue generation for the segment.
Achieve established goals regarding product diversification and onboarding of new clients referred by branches and direct sales teams. Strive for top-tier productivity to optimize sales effectiveness and meet cross-selling objectives. Implement proactive sales strategies to attract significant prospective clients, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the client base as per approved contact plans.
Organize client events in collaboration with the product team to foster engagement and awareness. Maintain a thorough understanding of all policies and procedures related to anti-money laundering and ensure compliance at all times, reporting any suspicious activities to the supervising authority. Uphold awareness of operational risk policies, sales processes, and compliance standards, adhering to the Group Code of Conduct.
Required Candidate Profile
A graduate with 6 to 12 years of experience; an MBA is preferred. Proven experience in managing high-net-worth individuals and wealth management with a portfolio size exceeding 150 Crores, overseeing 100 to 150 clients.
