About the Role:

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and maintenance for our cloud-based infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for cloud infrastructure, including troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of cloud-based services.
  • Develop and implement best practices for cloud security, compliance, and governance.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth operation of cloud-based applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends, and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a relevant technical position in large organizations working with cloud products.
  • Excellent technical knowledge in one of the following key areas: Integration Platform Operations, Enterprise Service Bus Platform Operations.
  • Strong experience with troubleshooting REST APIs and microservices, preferably in a fintech/banking large-scale deployment.
  • Strong experience with supporting the Red Hat OpenShift container platform and docker containers. Experience with Kubernetes, ECS, or EKS is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux administration, support, and diagnosis. Linux certification would be advantageous.
  • Experience with monitoring solutions such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK Stack: Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana, Splunk, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices (IAM, KMS, Encryption, PKI, SSL, TLS, etc.).
  • Administration and/or engineering experience with API gateways (3-Scale/APIGEE, WSO2, or similar) for microservices.
  • Experience in developing Java/Spring Boot and based REST APIs and/or microservices.
  • Experience working with ticket and incident management systems (BMC Remedy, JIRA, or similar).
  • Experience working with deployment automation and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Artifactory, Nexus).
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management and/or ITIL processes.
