We are seeking a Customer Service Process Improvement Specialist to join our Amazon Logistics (AMZL) team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and analytical individual to lead complex projects and programs, driving process improvements and delivering exceptional results.
The ideal candidate will have last mile logistics experience, a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Becoming a subject matter expert on AMZL processes and systems
- Conducting root cause analysis, defining corrective actions, and ensuring their completion
- Developing a thorough understanding of customer needs and pain points related to our deliveries
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business priorities, define shared opportunities, and establish information sharing mechanisms
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- A degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Mathematics
