Job Description

This role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and selecting top graduate and intern talent for our client based in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for these programs, from initial outreach and candidate screening to offer and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the selection process end-to-end, across internships, trainee programs and graduate roles.
  • Participate in all activities connected with Early Talent hiring – sourcing, pre-screening, testing, video interviews, assessment centres, as well as offer management.
  • Build and maintain positive candidate and hiring manager experience through the whole process.
  • Ensure business representatives are briefed and receive all relevant information to perform the selection and offer process.
  • Lead and manage roundtable hiring discussions if required.
  • The effective delivery of the sell process to get offers accepted to meet hiring targets.
  • Work alongside wider HR colleagues to onboard campus hires.
  • Audit hiring reports to ensure divisional data is accurate.
Attraction Process

In partnership with the Team Lead, contribute to the development of Early in Career attraction strategy for hiring countries supported.

Participate in all activities connected to promotion of the company within the university environment, support building the Employer brand through social media presence and organising in-person or virtual events.

Attend events (digital or on-campus) on behalf of the client as required.
