Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter (Graduate/Early Careers Program) to join our team. As a key member of our campus recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and developing top graduate talent for our client based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for internships, trainee programs, and graduate roles, from initial outreach and candidate screening to offer and onboarding.
  • Candidate Experience and Engagement: Build relationships with universities, organize recruitment events, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Selection Process Support: Participate in all activities connected with early talent hiring, including sourcing, pre-screening, testing, video interviews, assessment centers, and offer management.
  • Business Representative Briefings: Ensure business representatives are briefed and receive all relevant information to perform the selection and offer process effectively.
  • Hiring Discussions and Negotiations: Lead and manage roundtable hiring discussions and negotiations to secure top talent.
  • Attraction Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of an early-in-career attraction strategy for hiring countries supported by the team.
  • Employer Brand Promotion: Participate in promoting the company's employer brand through social media presence, organizing in-person or virtual events, and attending digital or on-campus events as required.
  • Legislative Updates and Compliance: Stay up-to-date with current and impending legislation, developments, and changes in the graduate market and propose adjustments to graduate recruiting policies and practices accordingly.
  • Best Practices Sharing: Share divisional best practices with the wider EMEA Campus Recruitment Teams.

Requirements

  • Languages: Fluent English speaker with knowledge of Arabic at least on conversational level (minimum B1/B2). Knowledge of other EU languages is an advantage.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Good knowledge of MS Office, at least 2 years of relevant experience as a recruiter, ideally in the early careers and campus division, a good understanding of the early careers and campus recruitment landscape is an advantage, strong diplomacy and negotiation skills, ability to multi-task and handle working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of detail.
  • Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to attend campus events may be required.
