As part of our growth strategy, Inspire Selection is looking for a forward-thinking Compensation and Rewards Strategist to develop and implement effective compensation and rewards strategies. This key role will involve analyzing market trends, designing compensation structures, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor law.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Compensation and Benefits, with over 7 years of experience in HR and at least 5 years in pure Compensation and Benefits. They should also possess excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze market trends and design compensation structures.
  2. Develop and implement effective compensation and rewards strategies.
  3. Validate and evaluate monthly submittals.

Requirements:

  1. Over 7 years experience in HR.
  2. Minimum of 5 years experience in pure Compensation and Benefits.
  3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful compensation and rewards strategies.
  4. Expert proficiency in Oracle HRMS & payroll process.
  5. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  6. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  7. Well-versed in UAE labor law.
  8. Excellent communication & influencing skills.
  9. Accuracy/Attention to details.
